Toshimichi is a Japanese filmmaker based in Tokyo, working actively on international projects. He received his MFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and began his career as a documentary editor, working as an assistant editor to Spike Lee. He currently works at AOI Pro.

With experience in Tokyo, New York City, and Ho Chi Minh City, he brings a bilingual, cross-cultural perspective to his work. Toshimichi’s signature style is a truthful depiction of human emotion, expressed through behavior rather than words.
